Our new opposition are the Thrashers with a record of 0-3-1.

Hey guys,
I just wanted to share what the Hawks thought of the game – they were impressed. First, Marty, the guys thought that you played incredible (again). Second, next to the Nordiques, they felt that the Vikings were the toughest competition – we fore-checked harder than any other team and didn’t give them a lot of time with the puck. The game was physical, not dirty, and they liked that.
There’s been talk of possibly setting up another shinny game for the two teams if we’re interested. I think that they’re disappointed that there won’t be a match.

Yea, I'm kinda disappointed there's no re-match either.
We can do better.
I was looking forward to a rematch too. I'm in for a shinny game.
